All of our properties are located between 12th & 22nd Avenues; Garfield and Alder Streets in Eugene, OR making them an easy walk, bus or bike ride to downtown, shopping, parks, schools or campus.

We have laundry facilities, storage, and lockable bike storage wherever possible. We landscape and take care of our places as if we lived there.
